Helsinkiläisen avant pop -artisti Blue Impulsen takana on laulaja-laulunkirjoittaja ja tuottaja Kata Samula. Blue Impulsen musiikki tulvii impulsiivisia tunnekuohuja, herkkiä harmonioita ja unenomaista magiaa elektronisen äänimaiseman yhdistyessä orgaanisiin instrumentteihin. Artistin pehmeä lauluääni vangitsee kuuntelemaan tarinoita unelmista, rakkauksista ja sodista. Kolmannella singlejulkaisullaan - If I Could Talk - artisti on säveltänyt, sanoittanut ja tuottanut, laulanut, soittanut/ohjelmoinut ja äänittänyt kaikki instrumentit itse. Blue Impulsen julkaisut ovat soineet mm. Radio Helsingin ja Radio Keskisuomalaisen aalloilla. Blue Impulse tähtää kansainvälisille kentille englanninkielisellä taiteellisella pop-musiikillaan. Live-esiintymisissä Blue Impulsen omaperäisen soundin luo 6-henkinen yhtye.

Behind the Helsinki based avant-pop artist Blue Impulse is the singer-songwriter and producer Kata Samula. Blue Impulse's music is filled with impulsive emotional outbursts, delicate harmonies and dreamlike magic. The artist's soft vocals captivates listeners with stories of love and war. In Blue Impulse's third single release - If I Could Talk - the artist has composed, written the lyrics and produced, sung, played/programmed and recorded all the instruments herself. Blue Impulse's music has been played on Radio Helsinki and Radio Keskisuomalainen, among others. Blue Impulse aims for international arenas with its English-language art pop music. In live performances, Blue Impulse's original sound is created by a 6-piece band.
